2. Description of Service

Our Love Puzzle provides custom photo puzzle creation and printing services. You upload your photos, customize your puzzle, and we produce and ship a physical puzzle product to you.

3. User Content and Photo Rights

By uploading photos to our Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the rights to the photos or have permission to use them
• The photos do not violate any third-party rights, including copyright or privacy rights
• The photos do not contain illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content
• You grant us a limited license to use the photos solely for creating your puzzle

4. Prohibited Content

You may not upload photos that contain:

• Nudity or sexually explicit content
• Violence, hate speech, or discriminatory content
• Copyrighted material you don't have rights to
• Content depicting illegal activities

We reserve the right to refuse any order that violates these guidelines.

5. Orders and Payment

• All prices are in USD and include applicable taxes
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe
• Orders are final once production begins
• We reserve the right to cancel orders that violate our terms

6. Shipping and Delivery

• Production typically takes 2-3 business days
• Shipping times vary based on destination (typically 5-7 business days)
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers
• Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier

7. Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products:

• We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse
• If your puzzle arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days for a replacement
• If there is a production error, we will reprint at no charge
• Refunds are issued only for orders that cannot be fulfilled

8. Limitation of Liability

Our Love Puzzle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your order.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
